ku9i Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to ku9i. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ku9i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ku9i platform — including the website at ku9i.io, the ku9i mobile app, and all games and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ku9i platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ku9i.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on ku9i, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ku9i employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ku9i platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ku9i reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 18 years of age, your account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, minus any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ku9i. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your ku9i account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ku9i will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ku9i support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• ku9i reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ku9i supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your ku9i account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the ku9i support team. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• ku9i does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• ku9i reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Funds in your ku9i account do not earn interest.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ku9i offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, voucher codes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player.
• ku9i reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the offer has been misused.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free spins and voucher rewards are subject to the same wagering conditions as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through techniques such as low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other accounts will be treated as bonus abuse. ku9i reserves the right to void any winnings derived from bonus abuse and to close the accounts involved without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ku9i platform — including fishing games, bingo titles, the Wheel, and any future additions — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By playing any game on ku9i, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

ku9i is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game reflect the long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Short-term results will naturally vary from the published RTP.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform server. Client-side display errors do not affect the official result.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, ku9i reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player.
• Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided at ku9i's discretion.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ku9i platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ku9i.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to ku9i support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ku9i for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ku9i staff members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ku9i platform or its games.

ku9i monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in any investigation related to illegal activity on the platform.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ku9i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ku9i support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Privacy & Data

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ku9i platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ku9i's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ku9i does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• ku9i's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ku9i is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

13 Changes to These Terms

ku9i reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ku9i platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
